I came into this class not knowing much about baking only that I have a driven passion for it. It was Chef Susan that helped me perfect my techniques. Her level of knowledge, patience, and love for baking helped my peers and myself achieve marvelous projects using numerous techniques. 

Through trial and error, Chef Susan taught me how to (expand my strategies) in order to make my next project even better. comparing my first project on the first day of instruction to the last, the difference is almost unbelievable.
