Anyone who has never worked with rolled fondant and/or wants to learn some fun decorating techniques will enjoy this class and will enhance anyone’s fondant repertoire.
Students work with equipment and ingredients that introduce methods to enable successful rolling, coloring, cutting, and molding fondant-based embellishments to decorate baked goods.
Embellishments are for take home only. NO ACTUAL CAKE WILL BE USED.
STUDENTS WILL LEARN:

- How to use pasta attachment to attain desired fondant thickness.
- How to use 3D food-safe molds to shape fondant.
- How to marbleize fondant.
- How to create inlay and on lay effects.
- How to use cutters to shape fondant.
- How to make simple bows.
- How to sculpt with fondant.
- How to emboss fondant.
- How to make simple fondant roses.
