DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this brief in-person Pop-Up is to instruct attendees how to prepare Italian Meringue Buttercream and how to package, store, and bring the required amounts to Baking and Cake Art Academy classes.
ATTENDEES WILL LEARN:
- How to calibrate candy thermometer.
- How to read an adjusted thermometer.
- How to coordinate icing processes that overlap.
- How to control the icing temperature.
- How to avoid mistakes when preparing your IMBC.
- How to store IMBC
- How to temper IMBC to achieve correct usable consistency.
