DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this brief in-person Pop-Up is to instruct attendees how to prepare Italian Meringue Buttercream and how to package, store, and bring the required amounts to Baking and Cake Art Academy classes.

ATTENDEES WILL LEARN:

  • How to read an adjusted thermometer.
  • How to coordinate icing processes that overlap.
  • How to control the icing temperature.
  • How to avoid mistakes when preparing your IMBC.
  • How to store IMBC
  • How to temper IMBC to achieve correct usable consistency.
