What to expect

How much fun will we have baking with Chef Susan Holtz?

YOUNG BAKERS will have a blast baking and decorating scrumptious treats with Chef Susan* in a fun, encouraging environment! Creations include:

Huge crafty puzzle cookies


Great grain snack bars


Candy decorated cupcakes


And more


What you will accomplish in the three days:

  • Bake and decorate your own spectacular, personalized cookie puzzle (what an impressive and amazing gift idea!)
  • Decorate large cupcakes with delectable candy and chocolate.
  • Create the cutest frozen banana animals (TO EAT, OFCOURSE.)
  • Help Chef Susan make ice cream sandwiches
  • And more!
Snack and Materials
Registering for the Series: $385 – Includes snacks and all materials for the projects.
Is my registration refundable?
Registration is non-refundable as the series is semi-private (seven students) and space is limited.
Where and when is this 3-day series?
Where: The Baking & Cake Art Academy’s Mar Vista Studio
When: July 23-25 2:00pm-5:00pm
Actual location will be share with your after registration.
What ages are allowed to attend the classs?
Creative Boys & Girls ages 10 and up

About Chef Susan Holtz

Award-winning instructor Susan Holtz has been teaching Baking and Cake Art for over 30 years and has a Life Standard Secondary Teaching Credential for the State of California.

In 2010, Susan established the Baking and Cake Art Academy, Inc. to provide an online forum and laboratory to inspire as many baking and cake art enthusiasts and professionals as possible to achieve their highest goals.
